This is the oldest book that I have published—orginally written 3 years ago. It is told in the style of a series of short stories, and really what I am most proud of in it are the worlds and visuals where those stories take place.

There are many demons in this world; people who have been possessed by the temptations of magic and beasts who haunt those who wander down on earth. It is the greatest honor to be allowed to hunt these demons--to wear the name of Vanator and burn all those who defy the natural order of things at the stake.

To be a Hero: The Devils Among Us follows the journeys of one particular Vanator as he faces terrors such as the ferocious phoenix and the monstrous mermaind. He travels to small towns and big cities alike as he works through 10 different cases facing the most trerrifying devils that dare to invade his world. But as he continues his adventures and makes new friends, a part of him begins to question: are these devils really so bad?
